Also the carbs that are present in the grain are released slowly into the body so you won't get that rush of energy after eating quinoa as you would with other foods like white rice or pasta. Cinnamon is my favorite spice. The fact that it aids in weight loss makes it even better.

ReplyDeleteI love fennel tea and drink it every morning; I have to say it indeed stalls my hunger until quite late afternoon. I know my father uses cinamon whenever he can, and especially chilli spices! They are very helpful!

ReplyDeleteSome people make the weight loss a dilemma. I think this is not more than a daily practice. If you eat healthy and sleep a well and your health is fir then weight loss is very easy. In the morning you must saw your weight on the weight machine and set your whole day plan according to your weight.
